How do I earn yearly Beachbody Success Club Trip?  Well lets back it up…  I have never heard of a counselor who works at a non-profit agency earning a free Success Club trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico. Pretty sure bartenders don’t get that either. Perks like that just aren’t in the cards. And I was cool with that. It just wasn’t part of the field I chose.

Then 3 years ago I earned my first FREE beachbody Success Club trip on a Caribbean cruise…although we didn’t go because we were opening our second bar, which I kinda had to be around for!

But you bet I was there for the 2017 Beachbody Success Club Trip to Punta Cana and this year, Riviera Maya!
But don’t look through these photos and think “cool, Tasia….good for you”.
Nah, this isn’t me tooting my horn and asking for props for what I have accomplished as a fitness coach. As I vacationed with over 1,000 beachbody fitness coaches all from the same company, it hit me: there is SO MUCH ROOM for more people to have success! The market is hungry for more people to help others focus on themselves and get results. Wow!
The Highlights
We arrived to the Hard Rock at Riviera Maya in the evening and after settling in, we headed out to the HUGE Success Club welcome party. No expense was spared. I was blown away by the amount of food, live entertainment, DRANKSSSSSSSS, and of course lots of hugs with teammates that I hadn’t seen in too long.

For the next 4 days we spent time basking in the hot sun (no complaining from this upstate NY girl who left snow behind!), enjoying some seriously fresh margaritas, and taking in moments that we had worked so hard for.
The resort was gorgeous, with sprawling pools, small ocean lagoons, and white sand. I worked hard on my tan….because I am pretty sure I hadn’t seen sunlight in months!

Every morning, we gathered in large conference rooms to sweat out last night’s tequila with celebrity super trainers, including Autumn Calabrese, Chris Downing and Joel Freeman (omg so sexy!). And these workouts were no joke. I am pretty sure they were sweating out tequila too.
It was a great reminder that it was fitness that brought us all together in the beginning. We all started wanting to improve our health and make some changes. We all started working out at home and cleaning up our nutrition. And now here we were….sweating with the very people that we watched on our screens daily. Surreal.

Our stay at the Hard Rock concluded with a send off party and more hugs…only this time to say goodbye to the majority of our teammates who were headed home the next day. Hubs and I, along with a handful of teammates, decided to extend our stay because….as previously mentioned….snow.
So we packed up, and headed to another, smaller resort called the Unico 20-87. GORG-eous! Holy shiz-nizzy! We have traveled A LOT, but this one was really a top 10. Because we were “off duty” for the next few days with absolutely nothing scheduled, it was like we were just vacationing with friends. More soaking in the sun, a little business talk (just because it is fun) and more DRINKS! haha

We snorkeled with sea turtles, enjoyed some incredible Mexican cuisine, and had a really hard time saying goodbye (I mean, until next time!)
How Do You EARN This Success Club Trip?
As a fitness coach, I am in the business of helping people. It is what I signed up for since day 1 of college when I chose Psychology for my major. I have a passion for offering opportunities for people who feel that they are just not worthy of change, and watching them grow little by little. It’s pretty sweet. So, that’s exactly what I have been doing for 3.5 years. Each month I strive to help 3 new people get started. Keeping that consistent earns myself and a guest (hubs is one lucky dude) to travel each year for FREE! Yep, that simple.

What Does a Beachbody Fitness Coach Do?
I’ll keep it simple. There are a lot of similarities between my teammates and I. We have a lot of the same core values and clearly we like to have a good time. But we all run our businesses they way WE WANT TO. This is truly a “be your own CEO” situation. We support our clients as we see fit. We choose our workout programs that make sense for our goals. We market our opportunities as we like. We mentor our teams in our styles. It is a gig that ANYONE can do, no matter how busy or what their lifestyle is like.
One thing is certain, you gotta love it. That passion for health and wellness will drive you to help more and more people, creating a business that not only can pay the bills, but create an income that is definitely bigger than my non-profit paychecks have ever been.
We spend time helping our clients, supporting each other, training, and of course, having fun with one another.

Best Part of Coaching?
Friends….all of this was unexpected. I graduated high school and knew exactly the job I wanted and planned to be there for 40+ years until I retired.
Guess what? I am not doing that job at all! I work full time at a non-profit, my husband and I own two bars, and I run a fitness business that has been more than I could have imagined.
The community that is involved with coaching is unconditionally supportive. I personally mentor every coach that joins me…encouraging them to earn trips just like this in a way that makes sense for them. We lift each other up, when life gets us down. It is not only healthy for our bodies…but healthy for our minds. Pretty sure that wasn’t in the fine print when I signed up. But I am shouting it from the rooftops now.
